Mix all ingredients in order given in a large mixing bowl. Knead dough a couple of times to make sure everything is incorporated well.
Place a splash of oil in the bottom of your bowl and place dough back on top. Cover with a tea towel and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Place a touch of oil on your hands and roll into dough balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet, leaving approximately an inch between each. You will need to add a touch of oil to your hands in between every few dough balls to avoid them sticking to your hands.
Cover with a tea towel again and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown. Tops may still be pale.
