Janelle’s Black Bean Salsa

Note: Congratulations to Jennifer Copeland. She is the winner in our monthly giveaway.

A very timely recipe with summer just around the corner, this homemade salsa is one of my favorites! It’s excellent to go alongside of any Mexican dish, on top of salads, or you can gift it in a mason jar all on its own. For the loved ones in your life who have an intolerance to gluten – no worries, this recipe is naturally gluten-free and so are most corn chips!
