Madison (and Julia’s) Best-Ever Lasagna
Recipe by Madison Turner Ingredients 12 Lasagna noodles 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese Pasta Sauce Mixture 1 lb. Ground Beef 1 Onion 2 Jars Pasta Sauce (about 5 cups) 1/2 c. Fresh Parsley Cottage Cheese Mixture: 2 c. Cottage Cheese 2 Eggs 1/4 c. Spinach 1 c. Mozzarella Cheese Instructions: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Fry ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Add diced onion to the ground beef and cook until translucent. Mix the pasta sauce and fresh parsley in with the ground beef mixture. Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine 1 Cup Sugar 1 Egg 2 tbsp Milk or Cream 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 3/4 Cup Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt Directions: Preheat the oven to 375. Cream together the butter and sugar followed by the egg, milk and vanilla. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the first mixture.
